Abstract

Subject-subject relations in the interaction of the class teacher and the class are key in the educational process of a general education organization, as they allow accumulating the potential of a humanistic approach and realizing the idea of accepting the collective as a subject of education. The participatory approach, formed on the basis of human- istic psychology, allows the interaction of the class teacher and the class on the basis of principles that allow you to build a subject-subject relationship. The indicators of these relations are determined by a participatory approach, which reflects both the managerial approach to the process (the role of the class teacher) and the potential of other subjects (students, class) in the formation of subject-subject relations.
