Abstract
The article substantiates the possibility of perceiving the landscape of the archaeological site Arkaim a) as a media text, where the phenomenon of literariness is reflected; b) as a hyperlocal media. At the same time, in addition to the territorial criterion of media hyperlocality, the thematic-functional criterion is also considered. It is suggested that the second criterion corresponds to media, the content of which a) is localized in an emphatically narrow topic, presented in several stable sub-thematic aspects; b) is aimed not so much at generalized information, as at solving applied problems of a humanitarian or other nature that are relevant to the audience representative. Expressed and maximally concretized functionality distinguishes hyperlocal media (according to the thematic-functional criterion) from specialized or ordinary narrow-thematic media. It is argued that the subject matter of Arkaim as a media is divided into specific headings - clear and stable sub-thematic facets (including history as a science, «place of power», etc.), in the planes of which various functions are implemented - from education to the search for identity. The article also identifies the sources of problems in the representation of Arkaim in traditional media, as well as possible ways to solve them. Using Arkaim as an example, the potential of hyperlocality is considered as a condition for a particular media to fulfill its social and value-forming function.
