Abstract
The aim of this paper. The event industry today is a relatively young field, which causes a lack of experience and professionals, the imperfection of legislation in this area. The formation of the organizational process is mainly carried out empirically. This paper analyzes the event marketing and systematizes the approaches to organizing special events from a professional point of view.Research methodology. Structural and functional approach and classification method are applied. Using a certain method in the work helps to classify such conceptual systems as event, event agency on various grounds and aspects. Event classification is based on formats, venue, target audience, tasks, frequency, type. The classification of event agencies is accordingly characterized by the division by mission and tasks performed. The activity approach in the research is manifested through the form of activity of the participants of the event process, the ability of organizers and artists to change human existence. After all, an event is, first of all, a holiday. This is one of the functions of the event. The activities of event managers, producers, directors of the event process have been studied in the world for several decades, today there are special educational programs for obtaining a profession in the event industry. One of the leaders in this field is Joe Goldblatt, who first introduced the concept of event in the global terminology system.Results.It is proved that with the advent of new technologies, which are firmly established among the organizers of special events, there is a lack of directing capacity for the full implementation of projects, so the main priority is to understand the exclusive role of the director in the event process. It is found that the event is a professional planned and organized event in the cultural, leisure and marketing fields, which is designed for a certain group of people and is meaningful and unique for them, the implementation of which is limited in time and space and aimed at solving specific goals and objectives. provided by the use of various resources.Novelty. An attempt is made to analyze the algorithm of planning and organization of event agencies of Ukraine standard formats of special events. Communication processes between customers, contractors and contractors of event projects have been improved due to the rapid development of the industry. Further identification of the director’s exclusive role in event projects and the use of art technologies in the preparation of special events has been further developed.The practical significance. The evidence from this study suggests a variety of prospects for further research in studying and forecasting the trends in the development of event industry, laying the foundations for further theoretical studies in the field of mass forms of dramatic art and modern art practices.
