Abstract

The process of formation of silver nanoparticles in solution of Trilon B without reducing agents and polymer stabilizers has been investigated. The significant effect of conditions of silver sols synthesis on silver sols optical spectra was found. This is important in research of Raman scattering (RS) of biological molecules in the presence of silver nanoparticles (SERS-measurement). It is shown that the efficiency of amplification in the Raman spectra of studied sols can vary depending on the order of the synthesis conditions and the wavelength of the excitation laser.
