Abstract
ABSTRACT Dr. Alejandro Pisanty has been involved with distance education in Mexico since the 1970s as a chemistry professor, early computer user, and Internet policy and governance expert. He has served on numerous boards and was inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame in 2021. In this interview with Dr. Kathryn R. Johnson, he shares personal experiences and insights about the historical development of distance education in Mexico.
