Spatial resource modeling of agricultural land use for sustainable crop production

Abstract

Agriculture requires balanced amount of different-quality land resources, labor force and assets for sustainable and efficient functioning. The efficiency of any production is achieved by increasing the productivity of labor and other basic factors of production, as well as by saving costs. The necessity and possibility of modeling to form land use of an agricultural organization are discussed in this work. The authors specified object and subject of modeling, and also established the parameters of agricultural land use for the northern forest-steppe zone of the Omsk region ensuring the sustainable efficiency of crop production. The order of implementation of the spatial-resource modeling is shown in this paper as well.
