Abstract

It has been shown that temperature dependences of the gravity centres of67Cu(67Zn) and67Ga(67Zn) emission Mössbauer spectra of Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4,La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 and Tl2Ba2Ca2CuO8 superconductors are described by thesecond-order Doppler shift in the temperature range T ≥Tc, andBose condensation of Cooper pairs should be taken into account at T ≤Tc (Tc isthe superconducting transition temperature). The spatial nonuniformity of theelectron density created by the Bose condensate has been observed inLa1.85Sr0.15CuO4.
