Abstract
Nonlinear microwave response of high-T c superconductors (HTS) at high circulating power limits the applicability of HTS resonators to the few-mW level. Methods of spatially-resolved RF analysis are needed to identify the nonlinear sources as well as to establish their relative influence on the global response. In this work laser scanning microscopy is used to analyze the spatial correlation of linear and nonlinear electron transport in the superconducting YBCO film microwave resonator.
