Abstract

Shell structures from piezoceramic materials operating under the effect of connectedness of the mechanical and electrical fields have recently found extensive practical application in modern engineering. The general theory of piezoceramic shells, underlying which are the Kirchhoff-Love hypotheses, is elucidated in [1-3]. Let us note that within the framework of the approach mentioned, dynamic processes have been studied in sufficient detail for wave fields steady in time. Such problems have not been examined in a nonstationary formulation.
