Abstract

Health service quality service standards are very important. To get good service quality, it is necessary to have an integrated system among the existing units. One of the main indicators of health services is the attainment of the right to a healthy life for all levels of society. Improvement of service quality in health service units must always be improved by conducting periodic evaluations. Based on the Perpu of the Republic of Indonesia No. 32 of 1996 concerning health workers in carrying out their professional duties, they are obliged to maintain medical records. Management of correct, good and quality medical records can be an important non-operational aspect that supports the maintenance of the quality of health services in hospitals. Ministerial Decree No: 377 / Menkes/SK/III/2007 concerning medical recording professional standards, that medical records are an important aspect of supporting the success of health development. System development and implementation must be supported by qualified medical recording professionals. To meet these expectations, human resources assigned to the Medical Record Installation must be able to meet the professional standards set by the government. The method in implementing this activity is in the form of online socialization through the Zoom Meeting Room Apikes Iris. The results of the socialization activities regarding the competency criteria for professional medical recorders to improve the quality of service in health facilities received a good response from the community, in this case, especially health professionals, participants were enthusiastic about getting information about the competencies that a medical recording professional must have.
