Abstract
With purpose of studying of social adaptation in patients with pain syndrome recurrence in the discectomia distant period were 215 patients investigated. Study methods included neurological examination, magnetic resonance tomography, rentgenography, ultrasonography, Osverstry query. Reasons of pain syndrome recurrence were revealed. It was ascertain, that the pain syndrome recurrence is accompanied by social desadaptation. Participation of social specialists in adaptation process is recommended.

С целью исследования социальной адаптации больных с рецидивом болевого синдрома в отдаленном периоде дискэктомии обследовано 215 пациентов. Reasons of pain syndrome recurrence were revealed. Однако у 18—19% больных, перенесших дискэктомии посредством ламинэктомии и гемиламинэктомии, развиваются рецидивы болевого синдрома [1]. Показателем успешной социальной адаптации выступает высокий социальный статус индивида в данной среде, а также его удовлетворенность этой средой в целом. Цель исследования — определение выраженности социальной дезадаптации у пациентов с рецидивом болевого синдрома, перенесших оперативные вмешательства по поводу грыж межпозвонковых дисков посредством ламинэктомии и гемиламинэктомии
