Abstract
The article examines procedural issues at various stages of the interaction of the representative of the Ministry of Defense, as an interested legislature, with specialists of the executive authority, as a developer, during the preparation and submission of draft legislative acts to the Government.
 The purpose of the article is to develop a variant of the functional scheme of interaction of the interested legislature body with the drafter of the legislative act in order to improve the knowledge and skills of officials during the monitoring of conciliation procedures to improve the quality of processing of documentary materials on these issues.
 The proposed version of the functional scheme of interaction has practical significance and will be useful in the structural divisions of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (Armed Forces of Ukraine) during coordination procedures and ensuring effective support of the projects of draft legislative acts developed by the executive authorities and sent to the Ministry of Defense for approval.
 The methodical material presented in the article with the appropriate degree of unification can be recommended to the personnel of the structural divisions of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (Armed Forces of Ukraine) for use in official activities.
