Abstract

The article examines procedural issues at various stages of interaction between a representative of the Ministry of Defense, as an interested body, and specialists of an executive body, as a developer, during the preparation and submission of draft legislative acts for consideration by the Government.
 The purpose of the article is to develop a variant of the functional scheme of interaction between the interested body and the developer of a legislative act with a view to enhancing the level of knowledge and skills of officials in the course of monitoring of approval procedures in order to improve the quality of processing of documentary materials on these issues.
 The proposed variant of the functional scheme of interaction is of practical importance and will be useful in the structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (the Armed Forces of Ukraine) during the coordination procedures and ensuring effective support of draft legal acts developed by executive authorities and sent to the Ministry of Defense for approval.
 The methodological material presented in this article with the appropriate degree of unification may be recommended to employees of the structural subdivisions of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (the Armed Forces of Ukraine) for use in their official activities.
