Abstract
Abstract Switching-off high-voltage power capacitor banks is one of the most unfavorable transitional processes for the equipment of power electric systems from the point of view dangerous effect on their insulation. Studying of these processes is mostly carrying-out through computer simulation, which significantly increases the requirements for the adequacy of numerical modeling. The present paper is devoted to numerical research transitional voltages at switching-off power capacitor banks dependently on capacitance of load connected to the 110 kV bus-bars. Stability and behavior of solutions for transitional voltages at use different ode solvers were investigated in the presented research.
