Abstract
This paper describes a testing system developed in cooperation between our institute and the Institute of Scientific Instruments Brno. We measured the following parameters and characteristics of the EBT system: the characteristics of the electron gun, which is a TFE gun with W-ZrO cathode; the electron beam diameter and current; testing behaviours of the equipment; with aid of physical measurements on experimental structures and ICs.
