Abstract

The priority task of the state and education as a social institution of directed transmission of the valuesof civil society to the youth environment is the development of each young person not only as a highlyqualified professional, but also as a citizen. The problem of organizing counteraction to terrorist activitiesand other destructive phenomena in educational institutions today seems more relevant than ever. But atthe present stage of development of the political and socio-psychological life of our society, there is actuallyno popularization of technologies that will give tools to those who are the bearers of social and state values(official representative of the authorities, journalist, teacher, lecturer), and which, in fact, will work on theformation of social attitudes cultivated by society and the state as positive. Often, those who are entrustedby the state and society with the functions of forming value orientations simply do not know how exactlythey should influence young people. In order for the state and society to be able to resist the negativeinfluences that are now more and more aggressively affecting young people, it is necessary to develop impacttechnologies focused on a persuasive effect, to understand what exactly and at what stages of personalitydevelopment can be formed and cultivated. as an integrated universal and personal value.
