Somatic rights. Fundamental concepts

Abstract

The need to approach this subject is largely determined by the modest interest of Moldovan scientists in somatic rights. A difficulty is also the absence in the content of national legislation of provisions dedicated to these rights. In these circumstances, the novelty of the approached subject is evident, especially for the local research space in the field of legal sciences. In this context, we reveal the need for succession from the fragmentary study to a com-prehensive and fundamental analysis of the issue of somatic rights, to identify not only scientific solutions, but also normative ones.
