Abstract
The topic of personnel shortage is close to all hospitals, relevant in all regions, both in central healthcare institutions and in the periphery. In September 2023, the RSBHI «Kirensk District Hospital» together with the RSBEI «Irkutsk Basic Medical College» launched a pilot project for distance learning in-person and part-time of mid-level medical personnel at the hospital. Target. Closing the personnel shortage. Formation of a personnel reserve in the institution. Results. Successful mastery of the curriculum by all students. Transfer of all students to the second year. Conclusion. Using our example, we would like to show the advantages of distance learning in-person and part-time of mid-level medical personnel, we are open to sharing experiences.
