Abstract
The paper describes a new method for electrochemical tooth-profile modification based on real-time control, and establishes a mathematical model of the electrochemical tooth-profile modification process. The law is found for processing electric current using the artificial neural network, when the tooth-profile modification requirements are given. The results from an actual gear demonstrate that this technology is feasible, and has potential application in production.
