Abstract
Flow parameters were computed for hydrostatic bearing pads in the form of “n”-sided regular polygons with a central oil supply hole, rectangles with a central oil supply hole, and circular shapes with eccentric oil supply hole. Solutions were obtained using the method of conformal mapping.
