Abstract
This paper gives a description of an algorithm for the numerical solution of problems of optimal control by the method of local variations put forward in [1]. The results of a numerical solution of some variational problems which demonstrate the effectiveness of the method are given. A description of the numerical algorithm in the language ALGOL-60 is presented.
