Abstract

AbstractMicrofinance in increasing the employment of women throughout the world, it is also known that microfinance fight against the unregistered employment which is very important for all governments. With microfinance, the unregistered labor force steadily becomes registered and also these small enterprises recruit more people as they grow after their businesses. It’s possible to say that the most important contribution of microfinance is increasing the effect of formal employment. The objective of this study is to make a comparison between the countries in which microfinance practices can be seen.
