Abstract

The quality and safety of agricultural products are concerned because they are related to the health of the Chinese people. It also has an important impact on the sustainable development of China's agriculture. It has always been the focus of our government and residents. With the construction of e-commerce platform and the change of people's online trading behavior, some quality and safety problems in the field of agricultural products have become increasingly worrying, such as acute poisoning caused by excessive pesticides, malicious addition of preservatives, and deterioration caused by improper storage of fresh agricultural products. These potential safety hazards seriously affect the health of consumers. In addition, the loose e-commerce market access system and backward administrative supervision and third-party platform supervision have led to frequent quality and safety incidents of agricultural products in recent years. In addition, the virtual trade environment further aggravates the information asymmetry in the circulation of agricultural products, making it difficult for consumers to intuitively identify the quality of products. The quality disputes of agricultural products on the e-commerce platform continue. Under the current e-commerce environment, how to take advantage of the opportunities brought by the development of e-commerce technology to effectively ensure the quality and safety of e-commerce agricultural products and meet people's new expectations for a better life is the focus of agricultural production, management, consumption and other aspects. It is a powerful guarantee for the quality and safety of agricultural products in today's e-commerce to reasonably solve the traceability problem of agricultural products. On this basis, it summarizes the deficiencies of the current traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety in China. Combining the characteristics of blockchain technology and the traceability of agricultural product quality and safety in e-commerce, a scheme of agricultural product quality and safety traceability system based on blockchain technology is designed, and the core nodes and collaborative traceability process of the system are discussed to ensure the reliability of the system.
