Abstract

The solubility of carbon dioxide in aqueous solutions of methanol and acetone with as well as without the inorganic salt sodium chloride has been investigated experimentally. The experimental results present a database for the development of thermodynamic models to describe the solubility of carbon dioxide in aqueous solutions of organic components.
