Abstract
The methodological basis for the research of soils of various ages, which are formed on dated archaeological objects of the Crimean Peninsula, is considered. The application of soil-chronological studies for the solution of applied problems of soil formation—genesis, formation, and evolution of soils under modern conditions—is substantiated. The results of time mathematical and geoinformation modeling of soil formation, its energy expenditures, and rates are given.
