Abstract
The purpose of this article is to study the socio-pragmatic principles of linguistic communication of students. In recent years, as a result of developments in various spheres of society, the demand for foreign languages is growing. In today's era of globalization, we all know that the main demand of the labor market in the advanced countries of the world is the ability to communicate in a foreign language, knowledge of computer technology and rich innovative ideas and their own style. Measures to further improve the system of study of foreign languages were highlighted in the Law on Education, the National Program of Personnel Training and the Law on Education adopted by the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main purpose of teaching a foreign language at all levels of education in the Republic of Uzbekistan is to enable students to work abroad in scientific and industrial fields in a multicultural world formation of communicative competence in the language. The concept of competence varies in many foreign and domestic publications by representatives of different fields depending on their activity. However, the basis of this term is considered to be a single content, that is, the integration of concepts such as knowledge, skills and abilities in a person and the ability to apply them correctly in different situations. It follows that the communicative competence in a foreign language is the ability to apply existing knowledge, skills and competencies in a foreign language in the process of communication. The state educational standard of the Republic of Uzbekistan includes linguistic, sociolinguistic, pragmatic competencies as components of communicative competence in a foreign language, which serve as the basis for its improving. It is true that any language is a means of communication for people. As long as a person lives in a certain society, he/she must interact with others, have the same language, beliefs and share social events. It should be noted that mastering only the linguistic features of a foreign language studied during the acquisition of a foreign language does not provide real written and oral communication. The cultural values of the language studied in the article are also socio-pragmatic principles, rules concepts are analyzed.
