Abstract
The article discusses the current state and development opportunities of the Kazakhstani film industry. The analysis of the current state and vision of the film industry in the country is carried out on the basis of statistical data on the activities of organizations engaged in film screenings in Kazakhstan. The quantitative indicators and parameters of the film industry are also described. Strengths and weaknesses (SWOT analysis) of the current state of the Kazakhstani film industry are revealed.
