Abstract

The article reflects the results of the in 2016, a sociological study in a survey of 207 employees in various spheres of economy in Stavropol Region. The advantages of in-line sampling, in particular, the ability to avoid "professional" respondents in online panels; described the characteristics of electronic questionnaires, to analyze data at any stage of the survey, even if he is up to date that allows you to perform individual assessment of the survey, and transcripts. The study revealed that majority of the respondents – workers of various spheres of economy of Stavropol territory – use the social network VKontakte Social network used by respondents to communicate with their families, relatives, friends, because such a replacement of real communication saves time and adds a sense of liberation, while more than a third of respondents have the experience of Internet use by 2 to 5 years, visiting social media several times a day. The study of the problem of openness of the Respondent to communicate showed that almost all users of social networks are ready to specify your gender and post photos. Age, education, place of birth, education level and marital status, place of work, place of study, profession, friends/family, favorite movies/music, travel, nationality indicates the social networks approximately half of the respondents. Approximately one third of all users specify information about the status of your favorite places.
