RESUMEN Objetivo: identificar los aspectos sociodemográficos y clínicos asociados con la calidad de vida de pacientes en hemodiálisis. As variáveis que apresentaram associação estatística significante foram: capacidade funcional com idade (0,001) e sexo (0,002); limitação aspectos físicos com renda (0,013) e sexo (0,013); dor com sexo (0,003) e anos com DRC (0,021); aspectos sociais com renda (0,019) e sexo (0,015); limitações aspectos emocionais com sexo (0,043); e qualidade de vida prejudicada com sexo (0,001).
