This research focusses on the relationship among females with mensuration problems on the variables of social support, mental health issues (Depression, Anxiety, and Stress) and Quality of Life. Based on previous research, it is hypothesized that (1) Social support would have relationship with mental health problems and quality of life among females with menstruation problems. 2) Social support would have significant relationship with all sub-domains of quality of life among females with menstruation problems. 3). Social Support would have negative relationship with subdomains of DASS i.e., depression, anxiety, stress. A purposive sample of 206 female with menstruation problem from different private and government hospitals of Sialkot were selected. Their age was 13 to 40 years. Their minimum education level was at least middle. They belong to nuclear and joint family setup. Findings revealed that social support has significant negative relationship with mental health problems, i.e., depression, anxiety, and stress (p<0.05, p<0.01). Further, social support has significant positive relationship with overall quality of life and all sub-domains of quality of life (p<0.05, p< 0.01).
