Abstract
The accelerated social development of the contemporary scientific and technological revolution demands that science should play a role in the management of society. In the last twenty years the policy of the Bulgarian Communist Party and the State in the' sphere of science has been characterized by marked attention to the many problems arising from the applications of science and the nethods of science to the purposes of government.
