Abstract
The handling of COVID-19 is a social policy to protect the public from the spread of COVID-19 which has endangered the safety of life and the survival of the community, nation, and state. This social policy can be carried out through rational and total efforts to tackle the spread of COVID-19. Enforcement of the rule of law by imposing sanctions for violators is an implementation of criminal political efforts.
