Abstract

Social entrepreneurship has a great potential for innovative solutions to economic, social and economic problems that needs to be used for development of the social economy. To implement this potential, it is necessary to create favorable conditions and infrastructure which began to develop in Russia much later than in Europe and the United States. The article analyzes such signs of the social entrepreneurship institutionalization in Russia and other countries as developing: a research network, a necessary legal field, a system of financial and information support, a system for training and retraining of qualified personnel. The empirical basis of the study is the data of the funds that support social entrepreneurship in Russia and abroad, research centers, statistical data, legal documents. Particular attention is paid to the dynamics of socially oriented non-profit organizations in Russia. An analysis is given of both the positive and negative characteristics of the social entrepreneurship infrastructure in present-day Russian society.
