SOCIAL COMMUNICATIVE PRACTICIES IN SIZE ‘‘CITIZEN-AUTHORITY’’: INSTITUTIONAL ASPECT FORM TRUST OF LOCAL COMMUNITY

Abstract

The problem of institutional trust is in the plane of modernization theories of social development. It is has feature of multiparadigm. The author uses methodology of integrated approach. Within this methodology the contribution of interactions on macro – and microlevels is estimated at development of social activity. According to the author, development of institutional trust in local communities represents process of change communicative the people’s practics. Quality of these practics in local community is the direct factor influencing development of institutional trust. An object of a research is the institutional trust in local communities (on the example of the Stary Oskol city district of the Belgorod region). Research methods: theoretical analysis of a problem; documentary analysis, semantic analysis of expressions. The author concludes that the level of credibility of citizens to local government is not high. The author draws a conclusion that there is poorly successful experience practics on interaction between the power and citizens in local communities. The information and communication space isn’t adequately public and open. These factors exert a negative impact on development of institutional trust in local communities/
