Abstract

A Smart airport is a central element of a connected city region with related Smart technologies, Smart infrastructure and Smart mobility. At present, airports are increasingly interested in improving and streamlining customer services, and digital technologies are being implemented in all areas of customer service. One of the important areas of customer service that airports provide to their customers is parking. A passenger's journey at the airport usually begins and ends with parking and lot of customers place comfort among their travel priorities. The paper deals with the analysis of current parking systems that are used at airports and Smart solutions that are part of Smart parking at airports. The aim of scientific paper is to analyze Smart parking as a part of Smart airport concept. A primary research in the form of questionnaire is carried out to create market research on customer experience regarding Smart parking.
