Abstract
Small‐angle neutron scattering study of the solution of fullerene C60 in carbon disulfide is presented. The dependence of cluster state in the solution on the preparation procedure is reported. The effect of larger value of the measured radius of gyration of a particle in solution is discussed. It is shown that it cannot be described by the existence of C60 solvates, or excluded volume effect. We attribute the effect of higher Rg to the existence of small clusters in solution and estimate their amount.
