Abstract

본 연구에서는 청년 임금근로자를 대상으로 스킬 불일치 현황을 조사하고, 관련요인을 검토했다. 신뢰도가 향상된 조사 방법으로 현황을 조사하고, 스킬 불일치와 관련된 개인특성, 임금과 직무만족도, 직무몰입, 직무특성과의 관계를 살펴보았다. 대졸이상이 전문대졸보다 스킬 과잉일 가능성이 크고, 비이공계일수록, 근무경력이 짧을수록, 스킬 과잉일 가능성이 높고, 스킬 과잉 집단은 직무만족도, 조직몰입, 직무스트레스, 임금이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 스킬 부족 집단은 스킬 일치 집단에 비하여 직무만족도가 낮으나, 직무스트레스는 더 높고, 과업 과정에서의 피드백이나 자율성이 더 낮은 것으로 확인되었다.In this study, we investigated the status of skill mismatch among young wage workers and examined related factors. We measures the skill mismatch with the improved reliability and examined the relationship between personal characteristics, wage and job satisfaction, job commitment, and job characteristics related to skill mismatch. The higher the educational attainment, the shorter the work experience, the more likely it is the skill surplus, and the skill surplus group showed the lower job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job stress and wage. Skill shortage group showed lower job satisfaction but higher job stress and less feedback and autonomy in the task process than the skill matching group.
