Abstract

In this study, it was investigated Six sigma project implementation through surveys and analysed relationsip between implemntation and strategic aims of 11 firms in the manufacturing industry. Pursuant to this analysis, making a comparison between before and after of six sigma project management practices, the economic and technical achievements have been identified as a business. As a consequence of this analysis, the most effective strategic aims are customer satisfaction and to obtain revenue. In addition these below resuls are obtained. Upper management support is indispensable, cost reduction, quality and efficiency were increased.
