Abstract

Ganzhou wasn’t setup on the contemporary site that seems to be “right” at Xihan Dynasty. It was relocated for four times, skimming over the “right site”. The thesis analyzes the relocations from the perspective of national relationship and political & military structure of the region, revealing the logic of the frequent relocations – complicated political & military situation. It still elucidates the military & political function and instrumentality of the early cities.
