Abstract
Ante la afirmativa de que las necesidades de cada organización son particulares y específicas, deseando operar optimizando sus recursos, gestionando su información vital, el Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Zamora, no es la excepción, ya que sus licenciaturas en el área de la ingeniería requieren medir el impacto de las asesorías académicas y pares que se imparten cada semestre para determinar su efectividad ante los índices de reprobación y deserción de las asignaturas impartidas y cumplir así, con los requisitos de evaluación CONAIC o CACEI para lograr la acreditación de sus programas educativos, por lo que se propone la implementación de una herramienta de gestión de la información vía web, que facilite la toma de decisiones gracias a la generación de informes que permiten identificar las principales áreas de oportunidad, relacionadas con las variables de bajo aprovechamiento escolar, optimización de recursos materiales, económicos y humanos de la institución objeto de estudio.
 Faced with the affirmation that the needs of each organization are particular and specific, wishing to operate optimizing its resources, managing its vital information, the Technological Institute of Higher Studies of Zamora is no exception, since its degrees in the area of engineering require measuring the impact of the academic and peer counseling that are taught each semester to determine its effectiveness against the failure and dropout rates of the subjects taught and thus comply with the CONAIC and CACEI evaluation requirements to achieve the accreditation of their educational programs, for what is proposed is the implementation of an information management tool via the web, which facilitates decision-making thanks to the generation of reports that allow identifying the main areas of opportunity, related to the variables of low school achievement, optimization of resources material, economic and human resources of the institution under study.
