Abstract
Ce2Zr3(MoO4)9 (CZM) ceramics were prepared successfully through the reaction-sintering (RS) method and a single phase was detected in X-ray diffraction patterns. The microstructures of ceramics were observed by a scanning electron microscopy. Based on the results of Rietveld refinement, the influence of chemical bonds parameters on microwave dielectric properties were analyzed by complex chemical bond theory. The lattice vibrational characteristics were investigated by far-infrared reflection spectroscopy. The promising dielectric properties of CZM ceramics were εr= 10.1, Q×f= 69,705 GHz and τf= −6.34 ppm/°C, sintered at 850 °C.
