Abstract

In the paper, a coordinate interleaved quasi-orthogonal coding scheme is provided, and the coordinate interleaving process on the symbols is analyzed, which will help for establishing the decoding of the proposed method. The coding scheme has superior performance than the coordinate interleaved orthogonal coding since it dose not have the deficient of average-to-peak transmitter power ratio (APPR). And when the symbol coding transfer into the channel coding, the channel coefficients matrix has full rank in most of cases, therefore, the single-symbol maximum likelihood decodable is feasible. The presented computer simulation results confirm all of the theory analysis.
