Abstract

A single shot ptychographic iterative engine based on chromatic aberrations is proposed to retrieve the object with fast data acquisition and convergence. In the imaging system, the specimen is irradiated by a RGB illumination source, and the RGB light transmitted through the specimen is recorded by a color sensor. There are three different sizes of the spots on the object surface generated by the lens with chromatic aberrations and the aperture stop, which can produce partially overlapping between adjacent wavelength illumination areas that will lock the object’s phase information and ensure retrieve the object successfully. In the reconstruction algorithm, an initial object guess is established by spectrum synthesis method to accelerate convergence and suppress noise. The data acquisition time is dramatically reduced by our proposed single shot method.
