Abstract

The article analyzes the educational prerequisites and measures to improve the practicaltraining of students and interns in surgery. It is shown that the use of simulationtechnologies in undergraduate and postgraduate education allows creating all theconditions for students and interns to acquire basic theoretical knowledge and practicalskills, which are defined in the qualification characteristics of a specialist doctor. Theneed for an organic combination of versatile deep theoretical knowledge, understandingof the essence of pathological processes, their clinical manifestations with the possibilityof mastering practical skills in their diagnosis and treatment is emphasized. It has beenshown that the inclusion of innovative virtual technologies in the educational processallows to form and improve professional knowledge, abilities and skills and to ensure thepreparation of students for competent professional activity.Conclusions. 1. The use of simulation technologies is an important component of theprofessional training of future doctors, contributes to the improvement of the competencetraining of students and intern doctors. 2. Simulation training makes it possible to increasethe assimilation of educational material, deepen theoretical knowledge and master thenecessary practical skills, improve the quality and efficiency of the educational process.
