Abstract
Logistics has gotten the attention of industries more and more as a new industry. With the development of the logistics industry, it is an important problem in the major domestic and international ports is how to reduce the port operation cost through the means of logistics. According to domestic and international coal market supply transaction status and principles based on environmental protection and economic provided by users, make very strict requirements of the contract and agreement of coal quality. Therefore, this paper puts forward the storage strategy based on closed principles in Qinhuangdao port, uses stacking method of closed silo type, and models silo warehouse by using Witness Software, finds its shortcomings and optimizations, and establishes the optimal scheme at last.
