Abstract

In this paper, the hydraulic system of vehicle mounted radar leveling is designed. The leveling hydraulic system adopts six-point support structure and realizes high-precision leveling by means of three-pump and electromagnetic directional valve. The hydraulic system is modeled and simulated by AMESim software, and the changes of system pressure, system flow and leg displacement with time at each stage of leveling are analyzed. According to the designed hydraulic leveling system, tests are carried out under actual working conditions. By comparing the test results with the simulation results, the results show that the simulated system pressure and leveling time are 3.3% and 8.9% different from the test system pressure and leveling time respectively.
