Abstract

In poor driving conditions, the vibration of engineering vehicle greatly increased driver's labor intensity. Taking engineering vehicle as the study object, dynamic model of semi-active suspension system of engineering vehicle with five degrees of freedom is established according to the reasonable simplification of the actual vehicle. Based on the PID control and adaptive fuzzy PID control, the paper establishes semi-active suspension model of engineering vehicle and compares vibration control and suspension performance among the semi-active suspensions. Through the further simulation research, from the comparative analysis performance indexes of riding comfort, The conclusions are that the control effect of adaptive fuzzy PID control improves by different degrees than the passive suspension and PID control suspension. The results show that adaptive fuzzy PID control suspension can reduce the vehicle vibration commendably.
