Abstract

A rational biomechanical design for tooth models with ceramic inserts is proposed. Stressed-state parameters are estimated and, based on the Schleicher – Nadai fracture criterion, the shape and size of inserts for reliable performance of tooth models are proposed. The data obtained are of interest for practical medicine and can be used in stomatology for dental prosthetics.
