Abstract

One of the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 is the constraints of research activities at university laboratories. All kinds of activities must be limited including educational, teaching and research. At this time, there are some studies that can be done around the house or research from home. One of operation module is research on natural drying that can be done while at home where this research is very simple and only requires modest equipment. This research uses carrot samples with shapes variation. The aim of this study is to investigate the natural drying kinetics in carrot samples.
