Abstract

Computer simulation is performed for the processes of generation, propagation, reception, and reconstruction of the spatial amplitude distribution of incoherent emission sources with the use of the fourth-order correlation signal processing. The configuration under study consists of five receivers placed around the spatial region of interest. The possibility of a simultaneous imaging of multiple point objects is demonstrated. An expression for the dynamic range achievable in this case is obtained. The possibility of imaging of quasi-continuous spatial distributions of statistically independent incoherent emission sources is indicated.
